My name is Dennis Hairabedian, I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a father of 3, City of Toledo District 3 Ambassador, 2nd generation Lead Risk Assessor, as well as a certified Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA) Renovator.
Our services range from Renovation, Repair and Painting, to Lead inspections, Lead-based paint sampling, Clearance examinations, Lead risk assessments, Lead hazard screen risk assessments and more!

Company Certifications
As a Licensed Lead Risk Assessor and EPA RRP by the Ohio State Department of Health, Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, we are able to help you no matter which side of the lead journey you are on.
Certified EPA Renovator
Any renovation, repair, or painting (RRP) project in a pre-1978 home or building can easily create dangerous lead dust. EPA requires that RRP projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and preschools built before 1978 be performed by lead-safe certified contractors.
Ohio Health Dept Approved
We offer peace of mind knowing you are working with a State tested licensed and certified Lead Risk Assessor and Lead RRP Renovator
Licensed to use HUD funding
HUD requires all money used through their grants to eliminate lead exposure, to be used with Certified RRP Professionals.
Toledo
Registered locally with the City of Toledo to do lead-safe ordinance inspections on rental properties to ensure you are up to code and avoid any fines or penaltys.
